Megan Anderson is a recent graduate of Michigan State University. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs, where she was first introduced to music as an oboist. Now, Megan has just finished her Bachelor of Music in Composition with a minor in Arts & Cultural Management.

Megan has written many chamber pieces, along with some solo pieces, a grade 3 band piece and a piece for full orchestra. Her English horn quintet, After Your Dreams, was selected as a winner of the 2018 Jere Hutcheson Composition Competition at Michigan State. Throughout her time there, Megan studied with Dr. Ricardo Lorenz, Dr. David Biedenbender and Dr. Alexis Bacon.
